NOW EVERYONE CAN RIDE VERIFIED
Safety and security are fundamental for everyone in our community, regardless of their role. While drivers have always been required to verify their identity, we are now encouraging riders to do the same.
By verifying their profile, riders help drivers confirm that the person they are picking up is who they claim to be, fostering a greater sense of trust and security for both parties. This added layer of verification strengthens our commitment to creating a safer, more transparent, and reliable experience for all.
THE DRIBER SAFETY
Safety Is A Shared Responsibility
At our core, we are committed to fostering a secure and reliable experience for both riders and drivers. Identity verification plays a crucial role in building trust and ensuring accountability within our platform.
WHAT RIDERS SEE
To enhance trust and security within the platform, riders who complete the identity verification process will receive a verification badge on their profile.
This badge signals to drivers that the rider’s identity has been authenticated, fostering a safer and more reliable environment for all users.
WHAT DRIVERS SEE
Verified rider profiles provide drivers with greater confidence when accepting trips. In addition to the rider’s name, drivers will now see their verification badge, rating, and profile photo. To further improve transparency and safety, riders are encouraged to update their profiles with accurate names and clear profile photos.
