Treat everyone with
respect

Respect isn’t always about what you say—it’s also about how you act
We believe that everyone should feel supported, respected, and welcomed when interacting with others in the Driber community. That’s why we’ve established clear standards and policies addressing issues such as threatening or rude behavior, post-trip contact, physical contact, discrimination, sexual assault and misconduct, and property damage.
Your actions while using the Driber Platform have a significant impact on the safety and comfort of others. Courtesy matters. For example, try to be punctual when starting a ride or picking up a delivery. It’s also important to avoid shouting, using inappropriate language, or slamming doors. And by cleaning up after yourself—such as taking your trash or wiping up a spill—you contribute to a more pleasant experience for everyone.
Remember, when interacting within the Driber community, you may meet people who look, think, or live differently than you do. Please respect and embrace those differences to help keep our platform inclusive and welcoming for all.

Threatening and rude behavior
Aggressive, confrontational, or harassing behavior is strictly prohibited on the Driber Platform. Do not use language, gestures, or actions that could be considered disrespectful, discriminatory, threatening, or inappropriate toward others.
If you experience or witness any form of threatening or rude behavior, please report it immediately through the Driber app. Our team will review the situation and take appropriate action in line with our community safety policies.
The power of your choices
Millions of people enjoy safe and positive experiences with Driber every day. These interactions define who we are as a platform.
Thank you for helping make Driber a welcoming and trusted community for everyone.

Post-trip contact
Contact between users should end once a trip or delivery is complete, unless it’s necessary to return a lost item. Any unwanted or unsolicited communication—without clear mutual consent—may be considered harassment.
This includes behaviors such as texting, calling, visiting, reaching out on social media, or attempting to meet in person after a trip or delivery. Respecting boundaries helps keep the Driber community safe, professional, and welcoming for everyone.
Tips for drivers and delivery partners
If a rider, customer, or merchant contacts you for any reason other than your current trip or delivery, or to return a lost item, you should report it to Driber immediately.
Tips for riders and Driber Eats users
If a driver or delivery partner contacts you for any reason other than your current trip or delivery, or to return a lost item, you should notify Driber right away.
Physical contact
Do not touch strangers or anyone you’ve just met while using any of Driber’s apps. The only exceptions are when someone needs or requests physical assistance—for example, riders using Driber Assist who may need help getting in or out of the vehicle.
Causing harm or intending to harm anyone is never allowed.

Discrimination
You should always feel safe and welcome on the Driber platform. That’s why racist, discriminatory, or disparaging behavior is not tolerated.
Do not treat anyone unfairly or make negative judgments based on traits such as age, skin color, disability, gender identity, marital status, pregnancy, national origin, race, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, language, location, or any other characteristic protected by law. For example, rating someone based on a protected trait is unacceptable.

Users found engaging in discriminatory behavior or using discriminatory language may have their access to the Driber platform revoked.
Sexual assault and misconduct
We all value our personal space and privacy. It’s OK to chat with other people while remaining respectful. But please don’t comment on someone’s appearance or ask whether they are single. Sexual assault and sexual misconduct of any kind is prohibited. Sexual assault and misconduct refers to sexual contact or behavior without explicit consent of the other person.
Personal space and privacy should be respected. Uber has a no-sex rule regardless of whether you know the person or they give you their consent.
